All screws can be custom painted to meet your specific requirements.

Does your customer ever call with a special request for custom painting and want delivery right away? Ford screws can be painted & shipped within one week.

Ford 500 Finish can be applied to any of our fasteners. Application of a base coat material along with a topcoat application will provide 500 hour salt spray protection per the ASTM – B117 spec.

Ford 1000 Finish provides additional protection up to 1000 hours salt spray. Price and delivery on request.

Neoprene or EPDM Bonded Sealing Washer Assembly

Ford Fasteners assembly division was established years ago to provide fast deliveries for their customers’ urgent needs.

The assembling of Neoprene or EPDM metal-backed washers to all types of screws is now available to our customers on a contract work basis.

5 Point Inspection Program

All parts are inspected during the manufacturing process of:

• Heading
• Slotting
• Pointing
• Thread Rolling
• Shank Slotting

All parts are inspected again after they have been passivated, heat treated, plated, coated or painted.

In-House Inspection

Our in-house inspection procedure consists of additional testing for all of our self-drilling screws.

We test all of our self-drillers with a DrilScruChek™ drill testing machine. This test assures the finest quality and fast drill times for all of our parts.

Ford Fasteners will certify all of our products that we sell. Certificates of compliance are available upon request.
